The reality is, if your law firm chatbot isn’t accessible everyone you may find yourself on the end of complaints or even legal actions against you.
Its not difficult to create chatbots scripts that are mindful of all users - if you remove accessibility barriers, your users will thank you for it and you will reach a wider audience.
Your chatbots scripts will also follow plain english, removing jargon and acronyms - jargon is difficult to understand and acronyms are certainly not understood by everyone.
Consider a feature on your chatbot that allows your users to change these combinations themselves then you can’t go too far wrong.
The ideal way to comply is to have your chatbot tested by a group of users with motor and cognitive disabilities, blindness and other forms of visual impairment.
